Todd Kirby, Director of User Experience

Todd has nearly a decade of experience working in IT for large brand companies across multiple verticals.  Todd's interactive tenure started at Match.com as a Sr. Product Manager, where he worked across all Match.com properties; including the domestic site, international platform and the premium product, Chemistry.com.  While there, Todd established himself as an expert in subscription flow conversion and has six U.S. patents attributed to his name for the online business processes established for each site.  His work in subscription flow management carried him to Blockbuster Online where he served as Director of Product Management.  There he played a key role in building the Blockbuster Online site (movies delivered to your door).  Todd's main focus while at Blockbuster was to increase user conversion, and in less than a year he took the paid member subscription base from less than one million to two million users.  In 2006, Todd started his own consulting company devoted to on-site conversion optimization.  Todd's mission was to drive conversion "lift" in existing sites through  A/B testing, Multivariate testing, Flow testing and user targeted media.  Client success stories include PayPal, Blockbuster Online, Cole Haan, BELO Interactive, Gold's Gym, Dallas Morning News, GameStop, U.S. Auto Parts, NutriSystem, Nautilus and host of others.  Todd has since joined the PrepFire team and will continue to focus on client site development and web optimization for Government and Commercial clients.
